Are you sure about this?
I'm using dynamically added queue members as Local channels with /n and I tried
what you described. Fortunately, the queue member could receive a subsequent
call even before the transferred call was hung up. In other words, I can't
reproduce the "known problem". I tested it on 1.2.28. I didn't try it yet on
1.4.
