Bear in mind that the New Zealand sound files are only available in GSM. Asterisk will choose the sound file which best matches the current audio format. I.E. if you have ulaw/alaw sounds and a ulaw/alaw conversation, Asterisk will use the alaw/ulaw sounds rather than the GSM ones. Either remove all files and only install GSM (and then put NZ over the top), or convert the NZ sounds to ulaw/alaw.
