Is the zaptel sync master a different span from a different Astribank on
the same system?
All Astribanks should have synchronized clock. So if the master happens
to be a different Astribank on the same system, its clock should still
be in sync with the clock of the BRI Astribank (which should be taken
from the clock of your BRI provider).
