Can anyone recommend decent quality as close to pay-as-you-go SIP wholesale termination providers in both Singapore and Sydney, Australia? I will be in both places and want a local carrier while I'm there. It needs to be easy in and easy out and if it's not $0 base or close I'll need to be able to drop it in a month.
