You've got a few problems here: 1) You have two different operations set to: *2 You can only have one feature per key combination 2) You can't set the DYNAMIC_FEATURES variable in the features.conf file. You can only set variables in extensions.conf (or extensions.ael) 3) If you just need to set up attended transfer, you only need the line "atxfer => *2" and nothing else. Attended transfer is a pre-defined feature.
