Depending upon your needs you may find it cheaper to run it on a thin client device. I find HP T5700 series for around $100-150 on Ebay. These genrally have 1 GHz processors and 256 MB RAM. Not dual NICs, but you could add that if necessary. There's an expension chasis for $30 from HP that allows for one PCI card.
