It is configured. But it is not open. Your zapata.conf looks ok. So next
thing to do would be to check the logs for errors (look for "chan_zap.c"
there).
Alternatively, try from the Asterisk CLI:
module unload chan_zap.so
module load chan_zap.so
What does it print?
