This is not a flame, but a reminder on why proper quoting is important. Another example of truly bad default behavior by software and why user education is important to fix the Microcrap problem. 3 posts, and not one of the replies used proper quoting. The last didn't even provide a attribute line noting where the quoted material started.
I know it has been a while since my last email rant, but this was way over the top for annoying to read. Worst of all, it provided important information that needed to be seen and was on the verge of being ignored due to inefficient communication style.
