I have heard Exchange 2003 would allow a single Exchange account to have read/write access to other user accounts but Exchange 2007 wouldn't allow this anymore. So I don't have personal experience to share but I would be delighted to know is this specific is a concern or not when using Exchange 2003. My 0,002 cents
