Think more deeply, I understand this is a user forum - but it doesn not mean that all question must be newbie.
RINGING state meand until I REALLY get a notification from destination device (SIP for instance) that call have been accepted by the destination and it have returned a "RINGING" - other. If it does - I would wait more for an answer - I would like to return the "user switched off" I think there is no solution yet, and Dial() hacking would be a one.
