Hello, I have trouble activating the G.729 codec in Solaris. It seems the module doesn't try to read the license file at all.
Although the module loads (it's listed in show modules), "show g729" gives "No such command" error and this is posted in the messages log: Oct 27 18:09:40 NOTICE[19336] codec_g729.c: G.729 transcoding module version 32, Copyright (C) 1999-2007 Digium, Inc. Asterisk version: asterisk-1.2.27-solvoip-218 (from Solaris VoIP SVN) Solaris version: 5.10 Generic_137112-06 i86pc i386 i86pc Interface names: lo0:1, e1000g0:1, e1000g1:1 asthostid gives the same ID as is present in the license file. I've tried placing the license file into /var/opt/asterisk/lib/licenses, /var/opt/asterisk/licenses and /opt/asterisk/lib/licenses. truss and dtrace didn't show ANY attempt to open a file or directory with "license" in the name. Does anyone have any idea what should I try next? Thanks in advance.
