Olivier-- The Verbose() app behaves the same whether you call it from AEL or via extensions.conf, or any other method that is used to get dialplan stuff into Asterisk. Are you including the verbosity level? For instance, if you say Verbose(Hi there); the verbosity level is zero by default.
