After reading discussion in dev-list, I also tried : [general] zonetag=paris24 It doesn't seem to work either (user 7530 still gets default prompts, not paris24 prompts). Did I misunderstand discussion's content ? I'm using Asterisk SVN-trunk-r161911 built Cheers
