That is correct - only members are allowed to post.  However, don't  
assume that posting bots aren't smart enough to register themselves as  
if they were a human.

After looking at the mailing list server, I can't find any record of  
that user registering.  After looking at the headers, I find that it's  
apparently being posted from another user account, and I have  
deactivated that account.  It is a worrying trend, though - the canned  
ham hucksters are getting more devious.
