That's also my concern, as MS CRM is my customer's choice, not ours, and I may or may not succeed in steering them toward an open-source solution such as vTiger. They already looked at (and dismissed) SugarCRM. I am assuming that MS CRM uses TAPI to interface with a third party PBX. In that cas the TAPI page on voip-info.org gives a few (mostly commercial) solutions. In any cas I'd still welcome any pointers or ideas on Microsoft CRM with asterisk.
