This is puzzling. I would expect that your provider would be happy to present multiple calls to you. Maybe you have not expressed your requirement clearly to them. "Hunting," in the classic sense, enables a call to a "pilot" number to be directed to the next available number in the group if the pilot number is busy. This implies that there are "lines" that each have a unique "number." I wouldn't think that you actually have "5 SIP lines"; you apparently have, or want to have, the ability to handle 5 concurrent calls. If you mean that you have 5 SIP numbers, you probably haven't established the service you want.
All that said, if your provider requires that each call comes to a different number and you'd like your callers to dial a single number, we can probably help with that. --Don Don Kelly PCF Corp We love technology, but People Come First. I have about 5 incoming USA SIP lines, but my provider does not have any sort of roll-over or huntgroup feature. Does anybody have an idea on how I can create a general number that will ring to the next available, non-busy SIP line that I have? Is there a provider out there that would do this? Any suggestions would be greatly welcome. Thank you.
