Could you not do something like this?

register = XXXXXXXXX:passw...@provider

[provider]
type=peer
host=domain.com
fromdomain=domain.com
username=XXXXXXXXX
fromuser=XXXXXXXXX
secret=password

Then it would register as [email protected]...
