As far as Asterisk is concerned, it never finished establishing the
SIP connection from the source phone.
I suggest enabling SIP debug and have a look at the messages.
Perhaps you have a NAT issue.
You may like to dial say the Echo application on your Asterisk server
to satisfy yourself that this isn't an ISDN issue.
