Why would you persist with a company who can't service your needs when there are others who will? Now not being local to your country, there may be other issues at stake here and I don't know about, but voting with your feet *and* telling bandwidth.com why you've gone to a competitor might work here... (Ye Gods: $30 a month for a SIP trunk! Wish I could charge that!)
