Hi all, I've been using telephone cards for 4-5 years and now I'm considering the Patton gateways. What are the pro and cons of Patton stuff compared to internal cards in a production system? Someone say external gateway are better because has no echo but have a longer delay when placing calls. Any suggestion appreciated.
