Actually, I have a bunch of the 480i's and like them much better than any of the Polycom phones I have. The screen is MUCH easier to read, the phones, while def not as solid, are much easier to navigate for my end-users and make changes to. IMO, of course... But thanks LOADS for that info. $25 to repair. I could KILL fonality, but what else is new :)
