While the Polycom IP-330s do work reasonably well, my first impressions with them was of a cheap light plasticy handset, while that might be a preference issue, all the other IP phones I've used (Cisco, Linksys and Avaya) had more substantial handsets that I found more comfortable to use personally and were preferred by the user base... That said, the Polycom's do the job and for their price, you get a decent amount of value... I personally probably wouldn't choose them for myself as the handset is an issue for me, but, in a reasonable size deployment where cost is a factor, they aren't bad phones... d
