I asked here a while back about a command-lime VoIP client. Got no-where 
interesting - other than people suggesting I run a full-blown asterisk, 
and alas I've not had time to do it myself. It *should* be relatively 
straightforward using the existing IAX libraries, I'd have thought, 
however...
