We also use SNOM 360s on the same system. No issue with BLF being flakey.

Grandstreams suck. [Cary Fitch] We are not entitled to your opinion. ============================> [Cary Fitch] On a small development/production system, undergoing intensive development, we reload continuously, 50 times a day easy, and BLF never stops working On GXP2000s. Ours are new GS's on Asterisk 1.4.22, and NATed. I doubt there is any thing to do to restart it, it is more of finding the problem. When we reboot a GXP2000 the BLF field comes up over about a 2 second period automagically. I don't know the scheme behind Hints and phones, but check your phone and software levels.
