It's pretty long and involved do to a fair amount of customization we had to do. The NeoSpeech documentation includes the API and examples for using it with Java, C, .Net and COM and does a better job of explaining what you need to do than I could in a mailing list. However, if you run into specific questions, I'd be happy to do what I can in helping answer them.
