I don't recognize this message. Can you cut and paste the console output so we can see exactly? Also, your subject gives no clue as to what you need so you might want to think about it and try a subject that may attract the attention of someone who may have experienced your problem. >From the body of your post, I'm guessing that "IVR" is not an Asterisk system. If this is correct, something like "Wizgomo 5900 not recognizing DTMF from Asterisk" may make a better subject.
