Ah, this *is* interesting! I have had similar occurrences, but always assumed they were related to extreme loading in my very busy IVR environment. In my situation, the channels come back to life in a few minutes (because asterisk restarts all PRI channels periodically). Is your situation reproducible? How busy is your system? (new calls per hour)
