In order to get 2-way audio without the bridge, you will have to Answer before Dialing. That's going to mess with your CDR, but you could make this dial a custom function that you're not going to worry about in the CDR.

If you are using the Dial application, you can use the M option to run a macro on the called channel when he answers. Within that macro, you can play prompts to accept or reject the call. The problem is that this does not allow for the calling party to also hear the prompts.
