Does dtmf work anywhere? What happens if you try to have the call navigate an IVR? You probably need to set your asterisk to match the way that DTMF is getting passed. You can find out the way DTMF is getting passed by doing a cli> set sip debug on and reading through the packet trace when you nail the DTMF buttons.
