If you set call-limit=1 on the spa3102b user, the outgoing call will "congest" the line and not allow Asterisk to go out to the call waiting.

Is there some way of avoiding this - seems silly to me Is this the way to do ? or is there some way to create a gobalvar which is a dynamic dial string, but I can't figure out how to modify a gobalvar on registration ?
