doesn't sound like a winning approach when it comes to complexity.
I'm sure he meant for the phones, not for the POTS lines.
He didn't mention how many POTS lines, and that might blow his "couple
hundred dollars"... I have had good luck with Rhino 4 port cards with EC,
but just the card is over $400 (?).
