Asterisk -vvvvvc should tell you what it wants to be able to start.

Probably /var/log/asterisk/messages 0644.

I am using an IBM Server, after while in the MBR it said that Event logs are
full, so after clearing it, the asterisk can't run.
i think it deleted a file, so which file i have to create again. and what's
its chmod.
