The other way around.
Up until 1.4, the seperator is "|" and a "," is literally replaced with
a "|" when the dialplan is interpreted.
As of 1.6.0 [0] this is no longer the case. "," is the separator and "|" is
just a normal character. So pipes are deperacated and surely there's no
need to actively switch to using them.
[0] Well, not exactly, there's a run-time configurable option to change
it, but this is generally the default.
