Your own local Asterisk box behind it's static IP address. (or static enough to be usable) http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/IPKall Set it up to accept inbound calls to (e.g.) da...@my.ip.address.com and give that to IPKall.. Then you can route the incoming calls where you like. I never did understand FWD when I had my own asterisk box.
