Hi,

Excellent!  Thank you so much for the tip.  I updated /etc/asterisk/modules.conf and un-commented the following lines:

    preload => res_odbc.so
    preload => res_config_odbc.so

And I was good to go.  Much appreciated.

Make sure that you load res_odbc.so first.
