Today is a strange day. My asterisk server is suddenly saying that all extensions are on hold. All my hints are like this:

I can make and receive calls but BLF on all phones keep blinking like
crazy. I was using 1.6.0.14 and upgraded to 1.6.0.15 today but I still
have the same problem. Any ideas?
