BTW, I have been using the n-way conference feature from Polycom. By n-way, they mean only 4 parties (including the host) and the interface is quite neat because you can manage the conference from the display and you can mute, far-mute, hold and resume each parties. To use this Polycom nway conference, you need to purchase a productivity suite.
