This is from the wiki: If you need a .5 second pause while dialing a number you can insert a *w* in the appropriate place. Example: exten => _5XXX,n,Dial(ZAP/G1/w1269xxxxxxxw${EXTEN}${CALLERID(number)}) This dials out G1, waits 1/2 second, dials the phone number and then waits 1/2 second again and then dial the extension along with the callerid number.
