Your ability to use G.722 is limited to calling other phones that are G.722, and they typically on when the call is pure IP. If the call transits the PSTN then the phone can only use G.711 like the rest of the legacy public phone network. I know nothing about VoipTalk. If they allow you to call other VoipTalk users via IP then you may enjoy wideband calls to them. Alternatively, you may register a free account with some other SIP provider and start making calls via SIP URI. This is the most common approach to achieving wideband calling.
