After doing a little research on this, the answer is a limited yes. Asterisk has 6 logging files to be used. If you aren't using all 6, you could designate any unused files to a context and use the log application to feed that specific log file. Since you would be doing this in a "custom" fashion, you could "manually" roll that log with a system command at the top of the context.
