It's not caller ID issue, I can make asterisk answer the line by omitting the line answeronpolarityswitch=no , but this will take effect on all 24 TDM channels, I want some to have answer on polarity, and some without polarity.

The 'standard' for POTS lines in the US is to put the caller id in between ring1 & ring2. Asterisk waits for callerid before answering the line by default. usecallerid=off
