This might work: Change exten => 2,n,VoiceMail(4...@voicemail) to exten => 2,n,playback(custom) exten => 2,n,VoiceMail(4...@voicemail,s) The "s" flag makes voicemail play no greeting instead of the default "b" (busy) or "u" (unavail)
