You can list phones directly as static members of the queue. this is generally sub.optimal because if. e.g. an agent of yours is home sick, her phone will be ringing and you'll be wasting caller time. Also by tracking logins and logoffs you can measure agent productivity, and this is pretty useful in most environments. l.
