Or look at the channel variables 

  ${BLINDTRANSFER}, 
  ${GOTO_ON_BLINDXFR}, 
  ${TRANSFER_CONTEXT} and 
  ${FORWARD_CONTEXT} as well as 
  ${TRANSFERSTATUS} 

as described in doc/channelvariables.txt.
