If you're talking about just connecting to an SSL server, that is dependent upon using a version of libcurl with SSL support. If, on the other hand, you're talking about using a client certificate, that is not yet supported, but could be very easily by altering the CURLOPT function in versions which support it (1.6.2 and higher).
