Hello, I am building a bonded multi-link T1 solution and I have a few questions about the Digium TE4xx line of cards:
0. Can hdlc0..hdlcX instances of Digium cards be bonded in the same way that the Rhino R2T1 card knowledge base article suggests for Rhino cards? https://support.rhinoequipment.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=95 If not, then questions 1..3: 1. Can multi-link span multiple cards? -- For example, can I use 2 TE4xx cards and bond all 8 T1 ports? 2. How does digium provide interface access to HDLC/PPP links in Linux? -- Is it just a /dev/ttyXXX that I can bond with pppd? 3. Can someone point me in the direction of HDLC/PPP documentation for these cards? 4. Does anyone have a couple TE2xx or TE4xx cards that can test such a configuration? I would like to research their capability before purchasing a couple $1200 cards. Thank you so much for your help! -Eric -- Eric Wheeler cell: 503-330-4277 == President, eWheeler, Inc.
