Without knowing exactly what you are trying to do beside having at least 500 outbound calls, that would be impossible to say. I mostly use a home grown HA Linux configuration (CentOS, cman, MySQL, GFS2) with Asterisk Realtime. I would use what you know, as long as it scales to what you need.
