Thanks James!! The last quote I received from our local provider was had PRI at double the cost per line. The "access charge" was a major factor in the base cost. Alternative providers were more, even with using all 23 channels POTS was still cheaper than a T1. It doesn't make sense to me, but who ever said telco's made sense???
