Are you saying that the Asterisk community should only hear one side of the nufone story? I differ. If there are good things to say about a provider, I want to hear them. Equally, if there are problems with a provider, I want to hear about them too. Therefore, no, I don't want to send a private email. I want others to judge for themselves whether or not nufone is the company for them. Thanks, but this thread remains public. Besides, you're digging your own grave here. What you (and alot of businesses) don't understand about complaints is that they generally don't come from people who don't want to do business with you, but rather they come from people who do. They point out problems so that they CAN do business with you. That's why you need to listen and respond professionally, not defensively. For example, is it even slightly possible that you didn't return my call? OK. We all make mistakes. Apologize and go on. My initial call meant that obviously at one point I was interested in doing business with you. Instead of insulting me, you could have inquired whether that interest was still there. How easy would it have been to have apologized and then opened up a dialog about the advantages that nufone has to offer over voicepulse? You would have: 1) Looked like a businessman instead of a grouch 2) Possibly brought me back over to your side 3) At the very least, gotten exposure for nufone to all the Asterisk users who are reading this thread (and are almost certainly potential nufone customers) I was looking for a response like that. Smart. Professional. I was looking for a response that said, "Hey, I was a bit upset, I'm human. I'm sorry. Let's go forward." Instead, I'm chastised again, this time for not conversing with you via private email. Incredible. It's your turn. Whatever your response is, it's got to be more professional than this one. With your request for private email, you make it look like you want no one at Asterisk to hear about the negatives of dealing with nufone. I think we're past that. Read the threads that talk about your company. We in the Asterisk community want to know who nufone is. We're crying for info. Now's your chance. Tell us.
