That's not far off the kind of thing I was thinking. The trouble is getting it to a 'critical mass' where we've got enough people submitting/using to be a viable source of information. A few dozen hosts on it isn't going to produce much data. How you go about getting support / users for something like this I've no idea. People wont be interested if it isn't big enough, and it wont be big enough unless people are interested! A bit 'catch 22'.
